You are required to make a security deposit of R1000.00 immediately after your event has been approved. *

Cancellations: 

The cancellation of bookings for the venue must be undertaken in writing and addressed to the J&B Hive events manager. 

- An event organiser/function holder who cancels their booking 4-5 business days prior to the commencement of the event will be liable for 50% of the event booking fee
- 2-3 business days prior to the commencement of the event will be liable for 75%
- 1 business day/on the day of event will forfeit 100% of the event booking fee. 

This deposit will be held by The J&B Hive as security for any damages it may suffer arising from the function. Should there be no damages or breach of contract suffered by event organiser, within the sole discretion of the J&B Hive Management, the deposit will be repayable to the function holder within Fourteen (14) working days after the function date.
